Ordering - frequently asked questions

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Your order will be sent at the latest on the business day following your order, when the entire payment has been seen by us. This applies to products in stock.

Do you offer 24 hour delivery?

Our express delivery takes 24-48 hours. A possible additional charge is based on the place of delivery and weight.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once we have received your payment, your order will be processed and you will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number. Please note that for advance payments, it may take up to 3 days for your payment to appear in our bank account.

I would like to pick up my order myself. Is it possible?

Yes, we are a Finnish company and our showroom and warehouse are located in Harjavalta. See our address and opening hours in the contact information.
