Terms and conditions for Nopsa deliveries

These are the general terms and conditions of delivery of the TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy / Teltat.fi online store.
Our business ID is 0951922-0.

1. General

These terms and conditions are valid in the form in which they were available on the Teltat.fi online store website at the time of placing the order. Consumer transactions are subject to the laws of Finland and the European Union on consumer trade and distance selling. If the consumer’s rights are limited by what is stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act when applying these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act will be followed. 2. Customer and customer information

We sell our products and services in our online store to individuals over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the consumer). If you are under the age of 18, you need your guardian’s permission to shop in our online store. The guardian’s permission must be submitted in writing. We also sell our products and services in our online store to companies and other entities. Special terms and conditions for corporate and institutional customers are in section 11. These terms and conditions do not apply to consumer stores. When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide their complete contact information, which includes at least the name, address and telephone number and possibly an email address for consumer customers. The information required from business customers is the name, telephone number and email of the contact person as well as the business ID, postal address, telephone number or numbers and, if necessary, the billing address. 3. Products and prices

The prices on our website are stated at 0% VAT. VAT is added to the prices. Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated. If there are clear price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a clearly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer understood the existence of the error. If the price of the purchased product or service increases before delivery, the price at the time of the original transaction will be applied. If the price of the product decreases before delivery, we will deliver the product at a new, more favorable price. Products manufactured, ordered, or modified at the customer’s request are not granted a unilateral right of cancellation. In connection with cancellation, any costs incurred from the order will be charged in full to the buyer.

4. Product support

We provide product support and user guidance for the products we sell on our website under Product Support, both via email and telephone. Send your support request to our customer service. We will respond to your support request within 1-2 business days of receiving your email. If you would like us to contact you by phone, please include your phone number in your email.

5. Warranty

TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy grants a 12-month warranty on its products. The buyer is obliged to read the warranty terms and conditions supplied with the product before using it. The warranty terms and conditions can be found in the user manuals. Please note that in practice, according to the warranty terms and conditions of all devices, physically opening the device (e.g. dismantling the gas regulator) terminates the warranty and liability for defects under the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Ordering

Ordering or purchasing from the Teltat.fi online store does not require registration. When an order is received in our system, we will send the customer an order confirmation by email. Once we have received the order and the customer has been sent an order confirmation by email, it is binding on the customer. Our entire product range and price list can be viewed in our online store. The prices are stated as including tax. We reserve the right to limit sales, e.g. due to temporary product availability problems. Placing an order requires that the customer provide their contact information in the form requested by our online store. For consumer customers, this means providing at least their name, postal address, telephone number and email address. For corporate and institutional customers, the company name, address, telephone number, Business ID and the name, telephone number and email address of the contact person are required. We reserve the right to limit the sale of products in exceptionally large quantities. For bundled or other joint orders and project sales, as well as requests for quotations regarding these, please contact our customer service by email.

7. Formation of a binding sales contract and payment

A binding sales contract is created when your order is registered in our online store system. We offer customers Visma Pay payment methods, bank transfer in advance or invoice for contract customers.

Payment: The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and the recipient of the payment will be Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy on the bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.

The transaction is between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods: Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards, as well as Jousto, Fellow Lasku and Fellow Yrityslasku.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the application settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment fails to be charged to the payment card, payment with the MobilePay wallet in the online store is not possible.

Jousto invoice and installment payment: invoice and installment payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for private individuals who have managed their finances flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment period. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 euros/month. The costs of Jousto installment payment are 3.90 euros/month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases of 30–3000 euros with Jousto. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Fellow Business Invoice
The easiest B2B purchase on the market
Purchasing with Fellow Business Invoice is almost always possible with just contact information, without strong identification. It is enough that we can ensure the connection between the buyer and the company they represent. The invoice is primarily sent as an e-invoice, but e-mail invoices and paper invoices are also possible. We already know the companies’ official e-invoice addresses, so choosing an invoicing address is also easy. The processing of the purchase invoice is designed to be as smooth as possible for the business buyer, and the buyer can add the reference information necessary for allocating the invoice to the invoice. In addition, the invoice contains a VAT breakdown.

The normal payment period for a Fellow Business Invoice is 14 days. If you wish, the payment period can be extended up to 60 days. The credit limit for a Fellow Business Invoice is €5,000. If your company needs a higher credit limit, you can contact Fellow customer service. Fellow Business Invoice is made possible by Fellow Bank Oyj. Bank transfer in advance: A cheaper way to pay for your order. Immediately after ordering, you will receive a confirmation email containing the account number, reference number, and amount. Once the payment has reached our account, the order will be shipped. The money transfer takes 1-2 banking days. This is a cheaper way than a bus advance.

Contract customer: A contract customer has the opportunity to receive the products as agreed upon with an invoice.

8. Delivery, delivery times and delivery costs

Delivery of purchased products can be handled in the following ways:

You can pick up your ordered products from our store.
You can also arrange for pickup from events organized by TMK without separate shipping costs.
We can deliver your ordered products to the nearest pickup point using the transportation method of your choice.

We normally ship purchased products within 1-4 days of processing. If the order includes multiple products, we ship the order when all products are in stock. Shipping costs are determined by weight. The online store calculates the weight of the shopping cart and tells you the shipping costs when you place an order.

9. Products damaged during delivery

Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, it is not always possible to transport packages intact. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any possible damage to the package when you pick up the shipment. If the shipment has been damaged in transit, IMMEDIATELY file a damage report with the shipping company. Also, contact us here, and we will arrange the delivery of a new product.

10. Right of return and return of products

Please inform us by phone or email that you are returning the product.
The return is free of charge. The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The product/products to be returned may be tried on and used as normal, but in such a way that there are no signs of use or damage to the product/products. All parts or features of the product/products must be returned in the original package.
The return can be made through the return channel provided by the seller; the product MAY NOT be returned in any other way unless specifically agreed with us.
The defective product will only be exchanged for the same new item. If it is not in the selection, we will refund the purchase amount to your account after checking the product. If the product has other return terms, they are always mentioned separately in the product information.
The return of the product takes longer than normal mail, on average within 3-12 business days once it is in our possession.
We will refund the purchase amount of the order to your account as soon as the return has arrived.
We will pay the shipping costs of the returned product if it is possible to ship the returned product as a normal package. The shipping costs of products delivered as special transport units will not be refunded, and return shipping will not be paid.
Any installation costs associated with the delivered products will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery.
TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy is not responsible for damage to returns that are packaged carelessly and in violation of the terms of the contract. The costs incurred due to an error on the part of the customer will be charged to the customer.
TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy reserves the right to charge the customer for costs if the customer return has been made without reason or in violation of the terms of the contract. The customer will be charged TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy’s handling and delivery costs.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Please notify us by phone or email that you are returning the product and request return instructions. Please include your contact information with your account number (e.g. a copy of your receipt) in the package. . We will not claim any shipments received by us if they have not been returned according to our instructions.

11. Special terms and conditions for corporate and institutional customers

In addition to these terms and conditions, the Finnish Sales Act applies to transactions between TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy and corporate and institutional customers. Products and services are sold as they are at the time of purchase. We grant corporate customers a 14-day limited right of return for products purchased from the online store. Products to be returned must be in unopened sales packaging. TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from a defect in the purchased product. TMK Tori- ja markkinakaupan palvelukeskus Oy’s liability for a defect in the product is limited to canceling the transaction and refunding the purchase price.
